From naming the brand with a bold, persuasive touch to designing a captivating visual identity with a dynamic orange and black logo, Suplex's strategic approach helped Chicksters stand out in the competitive fried chicken market. To ensure the app resonated with diverse customer needs, Suplex developed three key user personas: the Introverted Coffee Lover seeking cozy solo experiences, the Hybrid Worker balancing productivity and relaxation, and the Coffee Connoisseur passionate about premium brews.
