Suplex conducted in-depth research to identify three key user personas for TDB: the Coffee Connoisseur, the Busy Professional, and the Adventurous Newcomer. By analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and lifestyles, Suplex tailored the UI/UX to meet each persona's unique needs and expectations, ensuring an engaging and personalized user experience.
Suplex designed a clear and intuitive information architecture for TDB, catering to its diverse audience. The structure includes a dynamic homepage, a seamless shop section, an engaging blog, an insightful about us page, and a user-friendly contact us page, ensuring effortless navigation and an enhanced user journey.
