User Personas

To align the experience with its audience, our team at Suplex developed user personas that reflected Gelatin Labs’ key user groups. By understanding user preferences, behaviours, and expectations, the website experience was shaped to support engagement and ease of use across the platform.

Information Architecture

A structured information architecture was created to organise content in a logical and accessible way. Core pages such as Home, About, Products, and Contact were arranged to support straightforward navigation while clearly presenting the brand’s offerings and value propositions.

Wireframes

Wireframes were developed to define page layouts, content hierarchy, and interaction patterns across the website. This stage provided a clear framework for the digital experience, ensuring a smooth flow between sections and a user-focused structure before moving into visual design.

Colours and Typography

Suplex selected a considered colour palette and typography that aligned with Gelatin Labs’ brand identity and visual direction. These elements reinforced the brand’s character while supporting readability and consistency throughout the website.

Design System

A cohesive design system was established to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints. UI components, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns were standardised to ensure the website felt unified, scalable, and well resolved.
