User Personas

Our team at Suplex developed user personas based on in-depth research to gain a clear understanding of Kooji’s audience. These personas informed key design decisions, ensuring the experience aligned with customer preferences and browsing behaviour.This process helped shape an interface that felt relevant to users while reinforcing Kooji’s premium positioning.

Information Architecture

Suplex designed a structured information architecture that supported intuitive navigation across the website. Essential pages such as Product and About Us were organised to create a logical flow, allowing users to explore the brand and its offerings with ease.The structure reflected Kooji’s premium and sustainability-led approach without overcomplicating the browsing experience.

Wireframes

Detailed wireframes were created to define page layouts, content hierarchy, and interaction patterns. This stage provided a clear framework for development, ensuring usability and functionality were aligned with Kooji’s brand direction.The wireframes supported a user-focused experience while maintaining a refined digital presentation.
