Project Overview
Suplex partnered with The Daily Bean, a premium Indian coffee brand, to design a user-focused and visually engaging UX and UI experience. The project aimed to strengthen digital engagement by creating an intuitive website that reflected The Daily Bean’s premium positioning while supporting ease of use across key touchpoints.
User Personas
Our team at Suplex conducted in-depth research to define three core user personas for The Daily Bean: the Coffee Connoisseur, the Busy Professional, and the Adventurous Newcomer. By analysing customer behaviour, preferences, and lifestyles, the experience was shaped to address the distinct needs of each group. This persona-led approach helped create a more relevant and personalised digital journey for a diverse audience.

User Flows
Suplex designed clear and intuitive user flows to support seamless navigation across the website. The structure included a dynamic homepage, a streamlined shop section, an engaging blog, an informative about us page, and an accessible contact page. Each flow was designed to guide users smoothly through discovery, exploration, and action.

Wireframes
Detailed wireframes were developed to define the structure, layout, and interaction patterns of key pages. This stage established a strong functional foundation, ensuring a consistent user flow while aligning the experience with The Daily Bean’s premium brand direction.

Final Screens
The final UI screens presented to The Daily Bean brought together visual design and functional structure into a cohesive experience.
